| episode_narrative | A steady rain from about noon through midnight dropped from 2 to 4 inches of rain across St. Francois County. While no widespread flooding was reported, there was flooding in some of the usual low-lying areas, such as low water crossings. One such location was a low-lying bridge on a county road over Wolf Creek. Three people in a car tried to drive through the flooded road about 1230 am on the 27th. The car stalled and was swept away. Two passengers in the car managed to escape, but the driver did not. |
