| episode_narrative | Tropical moisture moved into southern Utah and heavy rains developed once again. The Emery county sheriff reported several mud slides resulting from the heavy rains. He estimated an inch of rain had fallen in the past hour. Up to a foot of mud was on State Route 29 in places from Joe's Valley west to Highway 50. In the nearby town of Price 0.86" was measured by a BLM rain gauge in an hour's time. No property damage or injuries were reported. |
