Near Paducah, the intersection of Lovelaceville Road and Gum Springs Road was impassable due to a few feet of water. In Madisonville, up to a few inches of water was over several streets. Portions of the following flood-prone roads were closed: Kentucky 358 in Ballard County, Kentucky 1820 and 1628 in Carlisle County, Kentucky 94 and 1128 in Fulton County, U.S. 45 at Mayfield-Paducah Road in Graves County, Kentucky 1433 in Livingston County, and Kentucky 812 in Henderson County.
