No significant stream flooding was reported in the counties. Storm totals averaged between 1.5 and 2.5 inches and included 2.36 inches in Camelback (Monroe County), 2.29 inches in West Chester (Chester County), 2.12 inches in Lake Monroe (Monroe County), 1.98 inches in Chadds Ford (Delaware County), 1.82 inches in Valley Forge (Chester County), 1.78 inches at the F.E. Walter Dam (Carbon County), 1.68 inches in Mount Pocono (Monroe County), 1.59 inches in Morgantown (Berks County) and Honey Brook (Chester County), 1.23 inches in Bechtelsville (Berks County), 1.28 inches at the Lehigh Valley International Airport, 1.18 inches in Lehighton (Carbon County) and 1.07 inches in Reading (Berks County). The heavy rain was caused by the combination of a slow moving cold front that moved through the region during the afternoon of the 19th and the deep southerly flow preceding it that brought in moisture from the Gulf of Mexico.
