| episode_narrative | Heavy showers caused ponding of roadways, and small stream and drainage ditch flooding in windward sections of Oahu. Also, flooding near the Waikane bridge closed Kamehameha Highway between Waiahole Valley and Waikane Valley roads at around 1615 and 2115 on the 29th. Isolated power outages occurred in windward areas as well, along with minor flooding in the lower levels of some homes. No serious injuries were reported, however. |
