These storms intensified and evolved into a bow echo while moving southeast through portions of central Nebraska, before exiting southeast of Custer County. The severe thunderstorms produced several damaging wind events with several large trees downed. Few hail reports were received the largest was measured 1.75 inches about 3 miles northwest of Oconto.
