Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeSlow-moving thunderstorms developed in a warm, humid air mass ahead of a cold front. The storms produced as much as 4.75 inches of rain near Porterfield (Marinette Co.). Farm fields were flooded and low-lying roads were covered by water. Heavy rainfall also caused flooding of low-lying areas west of Marathon City (Marathon Co.).||In addition to the heavy rainfall, the storms produced small hail, and winds of 50 mph that uprooted a few trees in the wet soil.
