episode_narrativeIsolated and slow moving thunderstorms dumped heavy rains on parts of Harlan and Adams counties before dawn. In southern Harlan county, several reports of 4 to 6 inches of rain were received. One resident reported the rain gauge overflowed from the heavy rain. In southern Adams county, 2 to 4 inch rains across the water-logged Little Blue River basin sent the river out of its banks on the 18th and 19th. Roads and bridges near the river in Adams county were barricaded, but no significant damage was noted.
