In Frederick County, one driver had to be rescued from her car after she drove across a flooded portion of Green Springs Road. Back Creek had overflowed its banks and damaged a portion of the roadway, closing it for several days. A total of 2.04 inches of rain fell in Winchester. In Fauquier County, 2.17 inches of rain was reported in The Plains. In Prince William County, 1.58 inches of rain fell on Bull Run Mountain.
