The heaviest rain occurred east of a line from Montgomery to Monroe, mainly across the eastern third of Orange County. Six hour rainfall amounts from 2 to 3 inches caused minor flooding of small streams and low-lying and poor drainage areas. NWS spotters reported minor small stream flooding along parts of Rte. 132 in Woodbury (a few miles north of Highland Mills). |
