A bulk of the rainfall occurred during the late morning through late afternoon hours. Lincoln county was particularly hard hit where 5 to 10 inches of rain were measured. In addition to the flash flooding, widespread areal flooding occurred and numerous roads were closed or became impassible due to high water in some areas through the evening of July 6th. |
