Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeAn upper level disturbance helped to enhance showers and thunderstorms across central Ohio during the evening of July 8 and into the early morning hours of July 9. Some of these storms became strong to severe with damaging winds and sub severe hail the primary threats. Later in the evening these storms continued to move slowly over the same areas, increasing the threat for heavy rainfall and flash flooding.
