Scattered strong thunderstorms developed across southern Indiana, then propagating southeastward over portions of north central Kentucky and the Bluegrass Region. Coverage of these thunderstorms were spotty. However, aided by extreme instability and very light winds aloft, some of these slow moving storms produced localized very heavy rain and wind damage. |
