Flooding and debris flows were reported across the Okanogan Highlands and Northeast Mountain regions with snowmelt contributing to the soggy conditions across the area. A southwest to northeast oriented band developed over the Spokane area during the evening hours with around three-quarters to one inch of rainfall falling in places over a two hour period. Numerous reports of flooding were reported with this band over the Spokane city limits, especially in areas of poor drainage. |
