The showers and thunderstorms produced very heavy rainfall as well with reports from Austin (Mower County) of 3.17 inches and 4.11 inches near Mantorville (Dodge County). The heavy rain caused flooding of roadways near the cities of Austin, Rochester (Olmsted County) and Oslo (Dodge County). |
