Record high temperatures include 110 degrees (tie) at Tucson International Airport and 107 degrees at Sasabe on the 10th, 110 degrees at Sells and Safford (tie), 108 at Sasabe, 107 at Willcox, 106 at Duncan (tie) and 104 at Nogales Airport on the 11th, and 111 degrees (tie) at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and 108 at Sasabe on the 12th. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that heat was the primary cause of death for three adult males and one unidentified male during this time frame but exact dates are estimated. One individual perished on the grounds of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument on the 10th. Three others died on the Tohono O'odham Nation--one in the vicinity of Menager's Dam on the 10th, another near Papago Farms on the 11th, and a third near San Miguel on the 12th.
