A few weather stations near Highway 2, east of Superior, climbed to over 100 degrees, including a station in South Range (105 degrees), a station in Poplar (103 degrees), and an RWIS in Rockmont (101 degrees). The RAWS in Barnes reached 99 degrees and the AWOS near Solon Springs reached 96 degrees. Also, the station in nearby Washburn County reached 101 degrees. |
