The result was 10 consecutive days of record breaking, unseasonably warm weather in Delaware. The warmest weather during this stretch occurred in December. The warmest day during November was the 29th. High temperatures that day included 73 degrees in Greenwood (Sussex County), 72 degrees in Georgetown (Sussex County) and 70 degrees at the New Castle County Airport (a new record high for the date).
