Elsewhere, it was the 5th warmest February on record (35.6 degrees) at the Lehigh Valley International Airport. In Philadelphia, the monthly mean temperature of 40.0 degrees ( 7.0 degrees above normal) fell 0.1 of a degree short of being one of the ten warmest on record.
