| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | Weak high pressure over the western Atlantic promoted weak southwesterly low-level flow across the area along with sufficient moisture. The weak flow pushed the Gulf Sea Breeze inland and towards the east coast while the Atlantic Sea Breeze pinned along the east coast, with outflow boundaries in all directions. Multiple waterspouts formed from showers and storms over the Atlantic waters. |
| Event narrativeevent_narrative | Several videos were received from broadcast media, as well as trained spotter reports, of two waterspouts about 2-3 miles east of Manalapan. The waterspouts were also observed by the weather observer at Palm Beach International Airport. The waterspouts moved little. |
