Pierce. Two waterspouts were also observed just offshore of Volusia county, one being east of Daytona Beach and the other being east of Bethune Beach.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeThe public reported a waterspout seen looking eastward from the Silver Beach Avenue access point in Daytona Beach. The waterspout had already been occurring for approximately 3 to 5 minutes and was still producing spray at the time of the call. The waterspout was also reported by the weather observers at the Daytona Beach International Airport (KDAB).
