An isolated thunderstorm moved from Ontario province into St. Lawrence county and produced localized damaging wind gusts.||Earlier in the afternoon, a mid-level shortwave moved across northern NY sparking some scattered thunderstorms. One thunderstorm, rather weak in comparison to its predecessors apparently spawned a short-lived funnel according to video. No ground truth damage and no visible leaf debris in the condensation funnel.
