Some of the late afternoon thunderstorms spawned funnel clouds that were visible near Willard and Loyal (Clark Counties). Some of the storms produced damaging winds that blew down trees across the northern sections of Buffalo County into Clark County. A trained spotter estimated a 70 mph wind gust west of Spencer (Clark County). |
