Event narrativeevent_narrativeTwo waterspouts were observed south of Smathers Beach, Key West. The waterspouts were observed to be slightly tilted, less than 30 degrees from vertical, with the condensation funnels extending a little more than halfway down from cloud base. No spray rings could be observed. The report was relayed by social media.
