Event narrativeevent_narrativeA waterspout was observed near Snipe Point. The waterspout was visible from the cloud base to just above the horizon, with visibility of the water surface obstructed by mangroves. The waterspout was tilted to the east about 10 to 15 degrees from vertical, eventually tilting 40 to 45 degrees from vertical before dissipation.
