Wind reports in MPH are as followed: (68) at the Pendleton ASOS, (64) 3 miles west southwest of Kooskooskie, and wind damage of trees uprooted and snapped in the city of Pendleton. A funnel cloud was also spotted 3 miles north of La Grande.
