| episode_narrative | Summary of events for April 3 1999:Early on the morning of April 3, an isolated cluster of severe thunderstorms formed over Crawford County and moved northeast through Madison County, producing hail as large as quarters and marginally severe winds. Later in the morning, non-severe thunderstorms training across the same area caused some flash flooding. Early in the afternoon, a slow-moving line of thunderstorms that had tracked across all of eastern Oklahoma moved into west-central Arkansas and strengthened. This last round of storms produced marginally severe hail and winds, although the strongest storm produced a funnel cloud over Fort Smith. |
| event_narrative | Funnel cloud was moving toward Barling. No confirmed touchdown. |
