| episode_narrative | Several supercells developed near the Colorado border and moved rapidly southward through the highlands of northeast New Mexico. One cell formed west of Raton and moved south with hail over Cimarron, then continued southward over open range west of Wagon Mound in Mora county and into San Miguel county near Trujillo. This storm continued south through Guadalupe and De Baca counties with numerous reports of large hail and at least one funnel cloud. The storm finally ended over northern Chaves county. A second storm formed near Ocate and also moved south with hail at Watrous, Dilia, Pintada, and near Vaughn before dissipating over northern Lincoln county. |
