In addition, a spotter near Newburgh reported numerous trees down in the vicinity of Routes 300 and 52.In Putnam County, Route 6 was closed between Brewster, NY and Danbury, CT due to numerous downed trees. In addition, wind damage was also reported just north of the village of Cold Spring. Numerous shingles were torn off about eight houses. |
