| episode_narrative | A trained SKYWARN Spotter saw a pair of funnel clouds drop from a severe thunderstorm in extreme southeastern Washington Township. The funnel clouds did not touch the ground. But, the thunderstorm did produce scattered wind damage (some downed trees, tree limbs and wires) in Newfield Borough, Glassboro Borough and Monroe Township. One wire pulled down by a downed tree did start a fire in Monroe Township. Marble size hail also fell during the thunderstorm. Conectiv Energy reported about 1,500 of their customers lost power in southwestern New Jersey that afternoon and evening. |
