Event narrativeevent_narrativeA waterspout developed two miles east of Patrick Air Force Base, and became fully developed with a spray ring as it moved north before dissipating offshore of Cocoa Beach. The waterspout moved slowly north and was observed for up to 15 minutes. The waterspout was widely observed, by several spotters, the public and was reported on social media.
