Event narrativeevent_narrativeA NOAA employee observed and reported a waterspout on the north side of Grand Isle, moving slowly south. In addition, several photos and videos of the waterspout were taken by the general public. The waterspout eventually moved onshore the west portion of Grand Isle as a tornado.
