Event narrativeevent_narrativeA thunderstorm over the Aguadilla Bay generated a waterspout that moved close to the coast to near the Police Precint and the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito, which then continued to move southwest and dissipated near the Parque de Colon. Several structures were damaged by the winds that were estimated by emergency managers at near 80 mph.
