Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeSevere weather continued into the third week of June across the Billings Forecast Area. |Plenty of low-level moisture continued to be in place across Southeast Montana. Strong winds aloft along, an upper level disturbance and low-level moisture all combined to help produce numerous thunderstorms across Southeast Montana. A tornado watch was issued for the afternoon and evening hours. Numerous severe thunderstorms developed by mid afternoon and continued well into the evening hours. A couple thunderstorms produced tornadoes, one of which was the Cache Creek Tornado.
