Event narrativeevent_narrativeGalveston Police Department reported a waterspout approximately 200 yards offshore from the Galveston seawall. Waterspout was confirmed by NWS personnel using images from Galveston beach webcams. This waterspout came onshore as a tornado near the intersection of Seawall Blvd. and 29th Street in Galveston.
