Event narrativeevent_narrativeA waterspout was observed by the captain of a recreational vessel approximately four miles south of the Bahia Honda Bridge. The waterspout moved toward the west-northwest and had a visible spray ring while the condensation funnel only extended about half-way between the cumulus cloud base and the water surface.
