Event narrativeevent_narrativeA waterspout with an associated spray ring was observed by Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary personnel north northwest of Sand Key Light. The condensation funnel cloud was slightly tilted, of medium width, and reached three quarters the way down from cloud base. The waterspout moved slowly southward.
