In addition a surface trough and an upper level trough also helped increase instability, showers and thunderstorms. Waterspouts developed from some of these on the 15th and 16th, near Isabela and Cabo Rojo, respectively. The one near Cabo Rojo lasted around 10 minutes and a Spray Ring was visible and recorded. |
