| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | A tropical upper-tropospheric trough (TUTT) low was moving westward across the northern Gulf of Mexico. This feature brought with it, abundant moisture throughout the column as well as a focus for storms to develop. As storms began to develop in the morning hours along coastal areas, one interacted with a sea/land-breeze boundary which resulted in a waterspout forming over Terrebonne Bay. It remained offshore. |
| Event narrativeevent_narrative | Broadcast media relayed a report of a waterspout in Terrebonne Bay southeast of Cocodrie. |
