The circulation drifted ashore south of Corpus Christi and provided much needed rain to much of the Deep South Texas Ranch and Brush Country, with bands of torrential rain across the lower Rio Grande Valley. It also spawned a waterspout and thunderstorm winds across the Lower Texas Coast on August 14th.
