| Episode narrativeepisode_narrative | With high pressure remaining dominant over the area, dense fog formed over much of the San Joaquin Valley north of Kern County during the early morning of January 21 where skies remained mainly clear and winds remained light. The fog resulted in a fatal accident south of Easton on SR 41 in Fresno County and resulted in several school districts opening late that morning. The fog dissipated by midday. |
