With abundant low level moisture present over the area along with inversion conditions, an area of dense fog formed around sunrise over south central Fresno County, eastern Kings County and western Tulare County, prompting the issuance of the first Dense Fog Advisory of the season. The fog reduced visibility to an eighth of a mile in a few spots before dissipating by late morning. |
