This resulted in the formation of widespread dense fog over the San Joaquin Valley which adversely impacted travel on several major highways including on State Routes 99, 41, 180 and 152 and caused several school districts to ether delay morning bus service or open late. The fog dissipated in most of the valley by late morning. |
