Episode narrativeepisode_narrativeFog reformed in the San Joaquin Valley during the late evening hours of the 17th and continued through the morning of the 18th. However, the coverage of dense fog was not extensive as it was during the previous three mornings. Travel was impacted for periods of time along State Highway 99. A frontal system moved through the area from the evening of the 18th through the morning of the 19th which mixed out the atmosphere and ended the cycle of fog and low clouds over the San Joaquin Valley for a few days.
Event narrativeevent_narrativeVisibility below a quarter mile was reported in Bakersfield.
