episode_narrativeSoutherly winds ahead of an approaching cold front brought unseasonably warm and moist air into Wisconsin. Much of central and northeast Wisconsin still had snow on the ground and the warm, moist air moving over the snow-covered ground resulted in widespread dense fog. Near zero visibility was common across much of central and northeast Wisconsin, resulting in numerous vehicular accidents.New record high temperatures were set at Green Bay (58 degrees), Oshkosh (59 degrees) and Wisconsin Rapids (52 degrees).
