Visibilities varied from 200 to 500 feet on the mornings of the 22nd and 23rd. The evening of the 23rd, just before midnight, had some of the most dense fog with driving visibilities less than 100 feet from Visalia south to the Shafter area in Kern County on the Valley east side. |
