| episode_narrative | Leftover moisture in the lower levels of the atmosphere, light winds, and clear skies, allowed dense fog to develop overnight across parts of south-central Wisconsin. Visibilities dropped to 1/4 mile or less, and lowered to near zero in the river valleys, especially in the Wisconsin River valley. Two dozen vehicle accidents were noted. Airplane traffic in and out of local airports was delayed until the dense fog burned off. |
