| episode_narrative | Dense fog formed late the night of February 29th and early on the morning of March 1st in the San Joaquin Valley following substantial rainfall during the last half of February. Patchy dense fog dropped visibilities to less than 1/4 mile locally around Visalia and Porterville just before midnight. Subsequently visiblities at Fresno and Lemoore lowered around midnight . More widespread fog was noted in Merced, Madera, and Fresno after 2 AM PST. |
