The cooler airmass behind the cold front allowed temperatures to cool to the dewpoint and dense fog developed as a result. Quarter mile visibilities caused traffic to slow during the morning commute however, no vehicle accidents were reported in association to the dense fog. ||The following list is of locations were visibilities were reduced to a quarter mile: Dalhart (Dallam and Hartley County); Dumas (Moore County); Amarillo (Potter and Randall County); Panhandle (Carson County); Clarendon (Donley County); Pampa (Gray County); Claude (Armstrong County); and Perryton (Ochiltree County). |
