Four people on board a school bus were injured in a four vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 18 and Echo Road near Monona (Clayton County). One other person not on the bus was also injured. The automated weather observing equipment at the Prairie du Chien airport reported a visibility of a quarter of a mile or less in the fog from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. on the 16th.
